Lower Yough - Skip Work Day - Aug 17

Postby JHunt » Tue Aug 08, 2017 9:45 am

If you have a job or don't - it's time to skip work and go paddling. Thursday Aug 17th on the Lower Yough.

Meet at 11:00 at the boater's lot. I know it's late but some people need their beauty sleep or just have trouble getting out of bed.

The trip will go regardless of water level. The Yough has been running high most of the summer so that could continue.

You can let me know that you plan to attend but you don't need to - just show up.

The club has camping reserved at Tall Oaks.

Hey Jim, Thanks for carrying on this great tradition and properly aligning our priorities. Paddle first, work will still be there later. Count me in.

Looks like a low water day - 1.8 feet or so
80 degrees, 50% chance of rain
